噴槍成套裝置為富氧側(cè)吹熔煉及連續(xù)吹煉技術(shù)的核心設(shè)備之一，其作用是向多噴槍頂吹爐內(nèi)輸送富氧空氣，使富氧空氣與冰銅中雜質(zhì)發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng)以脫除雜質(zhì)，同時攪拌熔池。

The complete set of lance is one of the core equipment of oxygen-rich side blowing smelting and continuousblowing technology.Its function is to transport oxygen-rich air into the top blowing furnace with multiple lances,causing oxidation reaction between oxygen-rich air and impurities in the matte to remove impurities,while stirringthe molten pool.

1、技術(shù)優(yōu)勢Advantages

1)噴槍從爐頂豎直插入爐內(nèi)，各噴槍之間均可單獨動作，換槍時可單獨將進行升起更換，保證頂吹爐連續(xù)作業(yè)；The lance is vertically inserted into the furnace from the top,and each lance can be operated independently.Whenchanging the lance,it can be lifted and replaced individually to ensure continuous operation of the top blowingfurnace;

2)噴吹管為非浸沒式，噴吹管底端距離液面約200~250mm,高度保持穩(wěn)定。

The blowing pipe is non immersedwith the bottom of the blowing pipe approximately 200~250mm away from theliquid level,and the height remains stable.
